Our ‘I can’ programmes are heavily focused on mentoring and coaching in small groups. We also offer individual and corporate mentoring and coaching programmes which we can develop to suit your needs.

Our programmes are developed by I Can co-director Suhan Mihcioglu

Suhan is a native of Ankara, Turkey and has been a British National for over 25 years. As well as being a co-director of I Can in the UK ltd, Suhan is currently the Managing Director of Inscape Learning & Development Ltd and Business Development Director to Ethics In Policing Ltd. He has over thirty years' experience in management, sales, customer service, and people development. He has developed and delivered training programs, both in Turkey and in the UK, on success strategies, leadership, people management, team building and development, presentation skills, productivity, sales performance and customer service. Suhan understands the public sector and the private sector, the SME (Small to Medium sized Enterprises) and the corporate world. His work with Learning & Skills Council's E2E (Entry to Employment) Providers to help disadvantaged and outreach, and Youth Justice Board's ISSP (Intensive Supervision and Surveillance Programme) teams to help young offenders to get on the right track exceeded all expectations and achieved outstanding feedback from the participants.
